Recognized in the industry for his creativity and professional standards, Alain Rogala brings to the helm of Opus 3 twenty-five years of international convention and special event planning experience.

He founded Opus 3 in 1994 with a view to offering personalized service and Montréal’s increasingly world-recognized flair to international organizations. As the years progressed, the company expanded, and staff grew from three to today’s line-up of twenty. As president of the firm, Alain Rogala includes among his responsibilities the direction of several of its divisions. In addition, he is the company’s specialist in financial management and project financing, while remaining available as a special advisor to clients at all stages of planning, management and logistics. His continuing close presence in the firm’s daily management of large-scale projects has contributed in no small part to it becoming, in less than 15 years, one of the most respected convention organizers in the country.

Jocelyne Cardinal has nearly thirty years experience in administration and information services. Associate and co-founder of Opus 3, she can always be found at the forefront of her fields of expertise. She keeps the company up to speed with the never-ending development of event organization as it pertains to online services. The company’s Director of Information Services (including research, development and introduction of new technologies), Jocelyne Cardinal has embraced the utility of the World Wide Web, applying it to the services offered by Opus 3 which have in no small part contributed greatly to its reputation of excellence.

As the company’s administrator, she supervises registration management for all Opus 3 events, working tirelessly toward the improvement of processes and systems which fulfill our clients’ requirements, while respecting their needs and constraints. Her efforts have seen the development of a high performance online registration system which is impressive in its flexibility, as well as an integrated management system which answers specifically (and efficiently) to Opus 3 projects. Jocelyne Cardinal also acts as tax advisor on international projects, in collaboration with a team of reputable professionals with whom she has developed a common expertise in international event tax issues.
